OPEN POSITION:


Certified Refrigeration Technician


Full-Time | Colorado Springs, CO


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
  • Test systems, identify faults, and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed service records and job documentation
  • Communicate clearly with customers on service needs and outcomes
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience
  • Current EPA 608 Universal Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
  • Give attention to detail and exercise professionalism
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, accurate diagnosis and repair
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full 40-hour schedule
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
  • Professional and personable with a wide range of commercial clients
